Looking to express its union of technical expertise and innovation, Vialogy asked Online Design Bureau to redesign its website. The partnership then expanded into a holistic brand enterprise in which Online Design Bureau explored and developed every aspect of their business identity

Process

Intuitive Navigation

Online Design Bureau's role was to ensure that all aspects of the business were organized in an intuitive navigation system. The website mainly targets government and enterprise customers in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific with an emphasis on their engineer staff that is best qualified to assess the suitability of Vialogy's offerings.

Targeting the End-User

In order to effectively communicate with technical staff, an elegant and simplistic design was paramount. Online Design Bureau proceeded in designing a minimalist interface and tested it among the target group and used this research to further tweak the design.

Client Customization and Training

Online Design Bureau staff trained the Vialogy staff and supplied training videos enabling them to maintain the site in-house. Online Design Bureau also assessed the required functionality, and disabled all extra functionality of the web engine, in order for the Vialogy staff to work in the simplest web environment possible.

Results

The new brand's consistent external appearance diminished variance in the foundational elements of the Vialogy brand, resulting for a uniform corporate persona. By re-envisioning each aspect of the website, Online Design Bureau was able to help streamline the updating process for Vialogy Staff and made them independent from agencies and consultants who charge repeat costs for basic tasks.
