 Our online support is available for free for you during the first 2 weeks you learn how to use the site. It compliments the training you receive at your office in Dallas, Texas (average 3 hours).
Our team can support you by phone, Instant Messenger on your favorite IM client, and can take control over your desktop via a secure connection. This way, it will feel as someone from our team is sitting right next to you.
It is of course entirely possible to have someone from our support team come and meet you in your office, if this is what you prefer.
